IQ City – new 100 acre township at Durgapur

IQ city is the latest addition in the buzzing real estate arena of Durgapur. This 100 acre integrated township at Durgapur has recently been launched and is all set to redefine the concept of living. Located at the end of the Durgapur Steel Township, the place with an overdose of greenery is all set to mingle modern living with nature and natural surroundings.

IQ city at Durgapur - an impression

The IQ City is an initiative by SPS and Mani group, along with the state government. With the influx of big corporate house in the real estate arena, the concept of modern and comfort living is all set to go a sea change. The IQ city will have Super Specialty Medical unit, School with all modern amenities, Club, Swimming pool, Gymnasium, Food Court, Football Field, Retail Mall and many other necessary component of a modern city. The township will have 75-80 % greenery. The pollution free environment is the major highlight of this satellite township.

With approximately 2400 residential apartments distributed evenly over towers of G+13 type, it is all set to provide the comfort of modern and world class living. The apartments are 2-3 BHK spreading on a super built up area of 700 – 1300 sq.ft. The township will have its own sewerage treatment plant.

    I am surprised to check that such a big project is not having online booklet showing plans.Also I came to know that there will be no covered parking.Is it so.If it is, I think it would be shortcoming for such a big project.
