DAY – THREE

The fourth day of the diet chart and plan is a virtual banana and milk day. One is supposed to have as many as 8-10 bananas and 3-4 glasses of milk throughout the day. DAY – FIVE

Day five is a feast day! One can have one cup of rice for lunch and have to have six large tomatoes throughout the day. At least 500 grams of cucumber will help reduce the hunger. The water intake has to be increased to 15 glasses throughout the day.

DAY – SIX

The sixth day is no less than another feast day. One can have one cup of rice for lunch and all the vegetables one can eat throughout the day. Again the water intake has to be 8-12 glasses throughout the day.

DAY – SEVEN

This is the last day of the Diet plan. Day seven consists of one cup rice, all the vegetables one wish to consume and any fruit juice. The water intake must not be less than 8 glasses.
