Job description – To handle US International Clients
Working days – Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
Fixed shift time – 6:30 PM till 3:30 AM
- Excellent Quality of English Communication Skill is Mandatory.
- Candidates should be physically & mentally fit. Age: 18 no upper limit.
- Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates should be able to diffuse/control volatile situations when distressed or irate customers call for support.
- Candidates should be able to deliver quality customer service and technical service support to clients.
- Candidates must possess the ability to work in night shift.
