- Responsible for the overall day to day operations of the Property/ Mall. Ensuring timely income and expenditure settlements from and to all concerned parties.
- Maintaining desired levels of Customer Satisfaction/Service.
- Ensuring optimal performance of various functions within the property viz. Housekeeping, Security, Parking, Utility O & M, Customer complaints etc. across the entire Mall area, Food court.
- Should handle daily operations of the business at the property/Mall.
- Maintaining cordial relationship with tenants, external authorities viz. Municipal corporation, Police, Collector office, Utility supply companies, Political parties and adherence to the local law related compliance’s.
- Attending staff related responsibilities including job description, Performance monitoring, Grievance management, Motivation, Recruitment & Training etc.
- Planning and executing effective Mall promotional activities
- Maintaining all statutory compliances and updating all required documentation for the property in a systematic manner. Eg. Building related, property taxes, Trade licenses, Fire, Safety, Health, environment, Police, Utility services NOC’s etc.
- Ensuring compliance to the desired/defined code of conduct in and around the property at all times by all the tenants, staff, visitors, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- The candidate must be a Graduate of any specialization.
- The candidate should have exposure of Mall management of at least 5 yrs.
- The incumbent must have excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, administrative & leadership skills, Self awareness, personal management skills, integrity and conflict resolution skill.
- Capability of handling Marketing, Event Management, Mall branding & Promotion
- Should be effective decision maker & facilitator
- Candidate staying in Asansol and adjoining areas will be preferred.
