After two years of continuous deliberation, the SAIL management on January 25 has finally been able to ink an agreement with leaders of its unions’ umbrella body, National Joint Council for Steels (NJCS) to settle the issue of revising the wages of SAIL non-executives. The wage revision agreement will benefit the workers of the two SAIL units at Durgapur – DSP and ASP.
